General questions
What is Bunker.tools?
A service where you can buy a travel eSIM with mobile data and rent a UK (+44) phone number to receive SMS: verification codes, sign-ups and logins.
Do I need any documents?
No. We don't ask for a passport, an address or a bank card. Confirming your Telegram is all it takes to order.
Why do I need to confirm Telegram?
Telegram is where you get the payment link, the links to your purchases, your number's dashboard password, renewal reminders and low-data warnings for your eSIM, and where our support works.
How do I pay?
Once you place an order, the payment page opens with the available payment methods. The payment link is also sent to you in Telegram.
Where do I find my purchases?
Under “My purchases” on the site — it appears in the menu once you confirm Telegram. The bot shows the same list with the “My purchases” button or the /numbers command.
Can I get a refund?
If we couldn't issue the number or the eSIM after payment, we refund the payment in full. Other cases depend on the product — see the sections below and the terms of use. If something went wrong, contact support — we're always on the buyer's side.
How do I contact support?
Through our Telegram bot — tap “Support” or send the /support command. That's the fastest way.
If Telegram isn't available to you, email support@bunker.tools and include your order number if you have one.
Do you have a partner program?
Yes. Partners get a payout for every payment of the customers they bring: a fixed amount for a number or a renewal, a percent of the amount for an eSIM or a top-up. To join, contact support; partners sign in here.
SMS numbers
Will the number be mine only?
Yes. For the whole rental period the number belongs to you alone: nobody else gets it or sees your SMS.
Can I make calls or send SMS from the number?
No, the number only receives SMS.
Will the number work with the service I need?
We can't guarantee that a particular service will accept the number — that is outside our control. In practice, though, our numbers are accepted noticeably more often than those of other providers.
How much does it cost?
1 month — $14.90, 3 months — $29.90, 6 months — $49.90. Renewals are cheaper: $13.90 for a month, $25.90 for 3 months or $44.90 for 6 months.
How soon will I get the number?
Usually within a few minutes after payment. The order page updates by itself, and the dashboard link and password arrive in Telegram.
Where do I read the SMS?
In the number's dashboard. It opens with the link from Telegram and is protected by a password.
I forgot the dashboard password. What now?
On the dashboard login page, tap “Forgot password?” — the bot will send a new password to the number's owner in Telegram.
How do I renew?
In the number's dashboard, with the renewal button. You can only renew before the rental ends. The bot reminds you 7, 3 and 1 day before the end date.
What happens if I don't renew?
When the rental ends, the number is deleted and can't be restored — neither the number nor access to its SMS. If you need the number for long, renew in advance.
Can I get a refund for a number?
Once the number is issued, there are no refunds, except when the number didn't work through our fault. We handle such cases through support.
eSIM
What does the eSIM include?
Mobile data only: a data package for the chosen period. The eSIM has no phone number, calls or SMS. Messengers and internet calls work as usual, and your main SIM card stays in the phone.
Will my phone work?
The phone must support eSIM and must not be carrier-locked. iPhone XS, XR and newer and many recent Android phones do. To check, look in the settings: if there is an “Add eSIM” option, your phone is fine.
Which countries are covered and how much does it cost?
eSIMs are available in 95 countries right now, from $3.90. The full list of countries, packages and prices is in the eSIM catalog. Each country page lists the networks the eSIM connects to. An eSIM works in the country it was bought for.
How soon will I get the eSIM and how do I install it?
Usually a minute after payment: the eSIM page with its QR code opens, and its link arrives in Telegram. Scan the QR code with the phone's camera — the same page has step-by-step instructions for iPhone and Android and the details for manual entry.
When should I install it and when does the period start?
Install the eSIM in advance while you have Wi-Fi, and switch it on during the trip. The package period starts with the first connection to a network.
The internet doesn't work. What should I check?
Turn on data roaming for this eSIM and choose it for mobile data — the internet won't work without that. iPhone: Settings → Cellular → this eSIM → “Data Roaming”. Android: this SIM's settings → “Roaming”. If that doesn't help, contact support.
How do I check the data left?
On the eSIM page — open it from “My purchases”. The operator reports usage with a delay of up to several hours, so the figures may lag behind. When 20% of the package is left, the bot warns you in Telegram.
How do I top up data?
On the eSIM page, in the “Top up data” section. The package is added to the same eSIM, nothing needs reinstalling. The new package starts when the current one ends.
Can I move the eSIM to another phone?
No. An eSIM can be installed only once — on the phone where it was first installed, so don't delete it from your phone.
Can I get a refund for an eSIM?
Yes, as long as the eSIM isn't installed on a phone. Once it is installed, there are no refunds. If the eSIM doesn't work, contact support and we'll sort it out.
