Privacy policy
Version of 27 October 2026. The Russian version is the governing one.
This policy explains what data Bunker.tools (“the service”, “we”) collects, why, and how we handle it. By using the service you agree to this policy.
What data we receive
- Telegram data — your ID, username and name, when you confirm Telegram or write to our bot.
- Order data — rental period or eSIM package, amount, payment status and time, the number or eSIM issued.
- SMS sent to the rented number — we store them to show them in your dashboard.
- eSIM data — the eSIM identifier (ICCID), package, data left, end date and line status reported by the operator. We don't see which websites you visit.
- Support requests — the messages and files you send to the bot.
- Technical data — IP address and request time, to protect the service from abuse and password guessing.
Payment data (card or wallet numbers and the like) is processed by the payment provider — we neither receive nor store it.
Cookies
- A session cookie — to remember your confirmed Telegram and dashboard login.
- A partner link cookie — if you came through a partner's link, we remember that for 30 days to credit the partner. Ad click tags may be stored with it.
- A language cookie — to remember the language you picked.
Why we use the data
- to place your order, issue the number or eSIM, show SMS in the dashboard and the data left on the eSIM page;
- to send you the payment, dashboard and eSIM page links, the password, reminders before the rental ends and low-data warnings;
- to answer support requests;
- to protect the service and its users from fraud and abuse;
- to account for partner payouts;
- to occasionally send service news in Telegram — you can unsubscribe with /stop.
Who we share data with
We don't sell data or share it for advertising. Data only goes to those the service can't work without:
- the payment provider — the amount and order number for the payment;
- Telegram — the messages our bot sends you.
Like any mobile operator, the operator of the network the eSIM connects to processes technical connection data under its own rules.
Partners only see the number and amounts of purchases by the customers they brought, without names or contacts. Data may also be disclosed where the law requires it.
How long we keep data
As long as the service needs it to work, to account for payments and to prevent abuse. You can ask support to delete your data — we'll delete everything we don't need to keep for payment records.
Security
The dashboard is protected by a secret link and a password; passwords are stored only as hashes. The eSIM page opens with a secret link. Don't share the links and password with others.
