Terms of use

Version of 27 October 2026. The Russian version is the governing one.

These terms govern the use of Bunker.tools (“the service”, “we”). By placing an order you accept these terms and the privacy policy.

1. What we provide

  • SMS numbers. We rent out UK (+44) phone numbers for receiving SMS for the paid period. The number only receives SMS: calls and sending SMS are not supported. Received SMS are shown in the number's dashboard.
  • eSIM. We sell eSIMs with a mobile data package for the chosen country, with the stated data amount and period. The eSIM runs on the networks of local partner operators. The eSIM has no phone number, calls or SMS.

2. Orders and payment

  • To order, you need to confirm Telegram — the payment and dashboard links are sent there.
  • The price is fixed when the order is placed and is shown on the site.
  • The number or the eSIM is issued once the payment arrives, usually within a few minutes.

3. Numbers: rental period and renewal

  • The rental lasts until the date shown in the dashboard.
  • A number can only be renewed before the rental ends.
  • When the rental ends, the number is deleted together with access to its SMS and can't be restored.

4. eSIM: installation, period and data

  • Before buying, make sure your phone supports eSIM and isn't carrier-locked.
  • An eSIM can be installed only once. If you delete it from your phone, it can't be installed again from the same QR code.
  • The package period starts with the first connection to a network. The package lasts until its data or its period runs out, whichever comes first. Unused data doesn't carry over after the period ends.
  • Data roaming must be turned on in the phone for the eSIM to work.
  • Data can be topped up on the eSIM page: the new package is added to the same eSIM and starts when the current one ends.
  • The data left shown on the site comes from the operator and may lag behind by several hours.

5. Limitations

  • We don't guarantee that a particular service will accept the number or send SMS to it: that is up to the service.
  • SMS delivery speed depends on the sender and the carriers.
  • eSIM mobile data speed and coverage depend on local operators and where you are.
  • The service is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use the number or the eSIM for fraud, deception, spam, breaking the law or violating other people's rights. If you do, we may end access to the number or the eSIM without a refund.

7. Dashboard and eSIM page access

The dashboard link and password are the key to your SMS, and the eSIM page link is the key to its QR code. Keep them secret: we are not responsible for the actions of people you shared them with. The dashboard password can be reset through the bot; the new one goes to the number's owner.

8. Refunds

  • If we couldn't issue the number or the eSIM after payment, we refund the payment in full.
  • Once the number is issued, refunds are not available, except when the number didn't work through our fault. Such requests are handled through support.
  • An eSIM can be refunded only while it isn't installed on a phone. Once installed, it can't be refunded.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. The terms in force at the time of payment apply to that order until the end of its period.
